COPDC Petroleum Development Company Limited (COPDC) is a Nigerian oil and gas investment company, with specific focus on the exploration, development, and production of the oil-rich OML 65 licence, under the framework of a financial and technical services agreement (FTSA) with NEPL, the upstream subsidiary of NNPC Limited.

COPDC implements the FTSA through the subsidiaries of COPDC, generating value from a range of commercial rights including the exclusive right to offtake the incremental crude oil production from OML 65, and the management of field operations on OML 65.

COPDC is jointly owned by CMES-OMS Joint Venture Limited and Tende Energy plc, the Africa-focused production, development and exploration oil & gas company.
